Euro Asia Civil Engineering Forum (EACEF) was founded in 2006 in Stuttgart – Germany. The founders of EACEF are Prof. Dr.-Ing. Harianto Hardjasaputra (Universitas Pelita Harapan, Indonesia) and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Karl-Heinz Reineck, (University of Stuttgart, Germany). EACEF is a forum to promote the cooperation and understanding between European and Asian countries, focusing on Civil Engineering expertise. EACEF plays an important role as the bridge between these two continents, to link European and Asian Civil Engineers, especially those with a commitment to sustainable development (www.eacef.com).

Past Conferences
The preceding EACEF conferences have been held successfully in Jakarta (2007), Langkawi (2009), Yogyakarta (2011), Singapore (2013) and Surabaya (2015). The theme for this conference is ‘Green Infrastructure for Future World’, expecting delegates not only from European and Asian countries, but also from other regions, to exchange ideas, findings and expertise, as well as to build up network.
